    Background: The military nursing profession is one of the 40 most stressful professions worldwide, meaning that nurses are under lots of Job Stress (JS). Objective: This study aimed to investigate JS among military nurses. Methods: This study was conducted using a systematic review. At first, all the papers related to keywords (JS, occupational stress, and military nurses) were searched in the following databases: Google scholar, PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Psycinfo, and Cochrane Database of systematic reviews from 2011 to 2020.     Down syndrome (DS) is the leading cause of intellectual disability. Previous quantitative studies have examined the effects of DS on families of children with DS. This study explored the coping strategies adopted by the families of children with DS. This was a qualitative content analysis study, in which the participants were selected using purposive sampling from the families of children with DS.     Abstract

    Emotional intelligence can help nurses improve their clients' satisfaction and health. The aim of this hermeneutic phenomenological study was to explore Iranian hospital nurses' lived experiences of emotional intelligence. Data collection was done through holding ten in-depth semi-structured interviews with ten hospital nurses. Participants were recruited from hospitals affiliated with Hamedan University of Medical Sciences, Hamedan, Iran. Data analysis was done using Van Manen's six-step approach and resulted in the development of the main theme of normative interactive management and the following three subthemes of resorting to spiritualities, self-protection, and intelligent resilience.

    Methods: In this cross-sectional and correlational study, 148 nurses of Bahrami children's hospitals and Children's Medical Center affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences were selected using the census method in 2015. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire including demographic information, the incidence of medication errors and barriers to underreporting of medication errors.
